Resetting - Vintage Brooch Becomes Bezel Set Diamond Necklace
A 1940s diamond brooch, too beautiful to leave in a box — reimagined into something you can wear every day.
The Story Behind This Reset:
Our client had a stunning vintage diamond brooch from the 1940s — the kind of piece with real history behind it. The diamonds were bezel set and hanging from the brooch in the most elegant way. Rather than let it sit unworn, we carefully removed the bezel set diamonds, selected an 18K yellow gold chain, and set each bezel individually along it. The result is a necklace that feels both modern and deeply rooted in the original piece. And the brooch? Cleaned, polished, and fully intact — she can still wear it.
