Refund Policy
Each piece purchased from The Perfect Setting is personally finished and made to order. Unless specified in writing by The Perfect Setting before an order is processed, all purchases, custom work, sized and/or altered jewelry is a final sale.
Sale items (if applicable)
To be eligible for a store credit return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Call 516-398-8444 to discuss return and receive and authorization.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your account less shipping and other credit card fees.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We guarantee our work 100% and will repair or replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at 516-398-8444 or email amy@theperfectsetting.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as an exchangeable gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
To return your product we will provide you with shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
