Custom Design Process
Owner and designer Amy Certilman has created a custom jewelry process that is unique and personalized. She speaks to each client before anything is made-to-order or sold. She listens to and truly partners with them to create what they want, how they want it, at a price they want to spend.
The process is simple, systematic and enjoyable!
1. Initial Contact
Contact The Perfect Setting via the contact form on our site, email info@theperfectsetting.com, or call directly at 516-422-1220 and someone will get back to you via phone or email to give a general overview and set up an initial consultation—which is cost free!
2. Consultation
During the consultation we will discuss diamonds, settings, and the scope of what you are looking to do. Generally a budget or cost estimate is provided so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
3. Design Phase
Once a project begins, the design phase starts where a sketch or custom CAD image is created. Nothing ever goes into production without your approval—EVER. You'll have the opportunity to review, refine, and approve every detail before we proceed.
4. Production & Delivery
When approved we go into production—your jewelry is created, stones are set, and when finished delivered via FedEx fully insured directly to you.
