Step 1: Initial Contact

Step 2: Consultation

During the consultation, Amy discusses your vision in detail — diamond or gemstone preferences, setting styles, metal choices, and the overall scope of the project. A budget estimate is provided upfront so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins. There are no surprises.

Step 3: Design & Approval

Once the project is underway, Amy creates a detailed sketch or custom CAD (3D computer rendering) of your piece for your review. Nothing ever goes into production without your explicit approval — ever. You'll have the opportunity to review, refine, and approve every detail before fabrication begins.

Step 4: Production & Delivery

With your approval confirmed, your jewelry enters production. Stones are sourced and set, metalwork is completed, and every piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it leaves the studio. Your finished piece is delivered via FedEx, fully insured, directly to your door — wherever you are in the country.
