Destroyed Engagement Ring Repaired with Dual Adjustable Shank for Enlarged Knuckle

Due to an accident, a Tiffany diamond engagement ring and wedding band was cut from my client's finger. In addition to the damage to the settings, my client's finger was also hurt and her knuckle enlarged to the point where she could no longer wear any rings. 

Rather than make two adjustable rings, we configured a custom platinum setting to make one ring that opens enough to fit over her knuckle and securely on her finger. 

The result is a ring set that is not just simply beautiful but functional as well.
