I searched on-line for months, looking for a unique design for a ring so I could use a diamond left to me by my great aunt. I was not wearing the old ring at all, and really wanted to liberate it from my jewlery box. Although I loved the design as soon as I saw it, I had some initial hesitation about working remotely with a designer - Amy is in New York and I live in Boston. All my fears were erased when I spoke to Amy and she told me there is a secure way to send the piece back and forth. We really didn't have any design issues since I liked her design as is, but she kept me in the loop during the process, asking a few questions and sending me a mock-up of my new ring as it went into production. I received my ring today and it is just beautiful. I think it will be my new "go-to" piece of jewlery.

Amy was very easy to work with and responsive to our needs and idiosyncracies. She presented different options along the way. Her customer service passed scrutiny beyond expectation when we needed the initial 'eye-clean' (EGL SI1) diamond exchanged for a higher clarity grade (EGL VS2). I found Amy Certilman through an engine search online. I had a very old diamond that was left to me and wanted a special ring made. Amy is extremely patient and listened to my description. She had some beautiful designs in her portfolio. She and I discussed what kind of ring I wanted which was a "right hand" ring. Amy worked on the first design but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. So she said she would start again. I saw something I liked and showed it to her. With that design she made some important changes so that the light could shine through the diamond. The ring is magnificent! I highly recommend Amy! She is extremely knowledgeable, listens and designs one of a kind jewelry! You won't be disappointed with the end result!!
