Before - Marquise diamond was set in a large yellow gold prong setting with a very thick gold band
After - We decided on a version of my signature ring in platinum - bezel setting the center stone - but instead of three bands we made on slightly thick flat band to go with a wedding band. In fact, Tammy loved the look so that we made her a matching one so she could stack them.
