Not at all — the majority of our clients work with us remotely from across the country. The entire custom jewelry process, from initial consultation to final approval, can be done via phone or video call. Finished pieces are shipped securely and fully insured. Distance has never been a barrier to creating something extraordinary together.

Semi-custom starts from an existing design with targeted modifications — changing the metal, adjusting proportions, or swapping a stone. Fully custom begins from scratch with an original design created just for you. Amy will help you determine which approach fits your vision and budget.

Absolutely — Amy welcomes heirloom stones and can design an entirely new piece around them. She has extensive experience resetting inherited diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and pearls into contemporary settings.

Most fully custom pieces are completed within 4–6 weeks depending on complexity. Rush timelines may be available for special occasions. Semi-custom modifications on existing designs can often be completed more quickly.

Custom pieces typically start around $2,500 and range upward depending on design complexity, metal choice, and stone selection. Lab-grown diamonds offer a more accessible price point without compromising quality. Amy works with a wide range of budgets and is always transparent about costs before any work begins.
