Custom Sapphire and Diamond Ring Expandable Band for Arthritic Fingers

After 30 plus years of marriage the original setting was no longer secure to hold my clients stones. Additionally, her finger size had changed, and like most women, over time her knuckles were a little swollen. We designed her new ring and added an adjustable shank so that she could easily take her new ring on and off and when on, it wouldn't turn. The result is a new secure setting with maximum flexibility and a great fit!
