I have owned this band for over 15 years. It opens to fit over my arthritic knuckles and then closes for my ring size. I cannot say enough good things about Amy. Her design and communication skills made the experience of making my fiancée's engagement ring fun and low-stress. I was able to show her pictures of rings that I liked as well as some special motifs that I wanted incorporated, and she dreamed up a novel design that incorporated them all. I've never seen is anywhere else. The ring is a true work of art. She walked me through every step of the process, listening to me while also injecting her professional insights.
Amy's business conduct is also exceptional. She never made me feel pressured during our initial conversations, and spoke frankly about parameters like budget, design capabilities, and timelines.
