The entire custom jewelry process, from initial consultation to final approval, can be done via phone or video call. Finished pieces are shipped securely and fully insured. Absolutely — Amy welcomes heirloom stones and can design an entirely new piece around them. She has extensive experience resetting inherited diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and pearls into contemporary settings.
Most fully custom pieces are completed within 4–6 weeks depending on complexity. Rush timelines may be available for special occasions. Semi-custom modifications on existing designs can often be completed more quickly.
