I stole my wife's ring out of her drawer when she wasn't looking to have her solitaire diamond re-set in something more sparkly and modern for our 10th anniversary. Having found Amy's diamond ring service online I was a little nervous to just turn this prized possession over to her but the experience turned out to be as perfect as it could have been. I had to (very quickly) get the original ring to Amy, choose a new style and setting from amongst hundreds, and get the diamond reset and returned to me all in the matter of days, and I live in the next State over. In every way Amy came through. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate a meeting on the fly, but could have just as easily handled everything over the phone. She came prepared with only a few styles and price-points based on what we had discussed on the phone, which helped me to come to a decision very quickly. I became totally comfortable handing off this prized (and expensive) possession to her, and sure enough, in days, she found a way to get the job done and the new ring returned to me despite all of the logistical and timing challenges I threw at her. She even made payment easy. In nearly every way, my situation was complicated and time-bound and Amy found a way to make it work with me at what I believe is a great price for the beautiful setting I chose, in the end. And, in the end, my wife loved it. She really, really loved it and I definitely have Amy's good advice and tasteful eye to blame for that because let's be honest, I've only done this once before in my life, so what do I really know. Not to mention, it all happened so fast, my wife never even knew it was gone. My wife just figured she had misplaced it for a few days but never reached the point of panic. Thanks Amy.
